Our teaching approach
Technology only makes sense with people who have mastered it.
The best software is useless if the team can't use it. The strongest firewall falls at the first careless click. Technology is 20% of the result — the other 80% is people's ability to use it.
Real change isn't in the machine. It's in the person using it.
Une journée de prévention avec Assimiler coûte 1500$.
OUR OFFER
Three concrete levers to transform your teams' daily work.
Three complementary areas that can be activated separately or together, depending on your priorities and context.
Lever 01 — Everyday digital independence
Master your everyday tools.
Email, files, sharing, printers, the office network, user accounts — everyday actions that deserve to be fully understood. To gain time, calm and independence.

QUEBEC COMPLIANCE
Law 25 readiness for your teams
Quebec's Law 25 governs the protection of personal information. It applies to all organizations — non-profits, municipalities, SMBs, firms, self-employed workers — that collect or store data.
Our role : to help you understand the requirements, adopt good practices and raise your teams' awareness.
Scope of our Law 25 training
Our role is to raise awareness and train your teams on the issues around Law 25. Our training does not constitute legal advice and does not replace the support of a lawyer or a privacy officer.
Lever 03 — CHANGE AND NEW TOOLS
New equipment, and a team that can use it right away.
New computers, new software, new tools. For many professionals, upgrading equipment means a month of stress and unanswered questions. Assimiler helps you turn that change into a step up in skills.
Get comfortable with new workstations from day one
Master what's new in the system — new versions, new tools
Find your bearings again — files, shortcuts, everyday apps
A 30-day follow-up — every question gets answered
Pass on good everyday maintenance habits
The experience that changed everything
A medical practice : the project that gave birth to Assimiler.
At first, the usual calls: a sluggish PC needing a full restore, data backups to organize, a printer that had stopped responding. As the visits added up, one thing became clear: what the team really needed wasn't one more service provider. It was to understand.
The project turned into tailored training — getting comfortable with everyday tools, handling simple incidents, understanding the practice's network, solving printer problems, and setting up workstations for new staff.
Gradually, the team became self-reliant in its digital day-to-day — able to solve first-level breakdowns and to deal with technical support as equals when a more complex incident called for it.
Assimiler was born from this experience. IT expertise in the service of people — and the conviction that understanding your digital environment changes everything : less stress, more confidence, and a team that truly owns its tools.

2026 REALITY
It's no longer a question of if — but when.
People often think they're not important enough to be targeted. Yet scams don't target anyone in particular — they spread in bulk and hit the first person who clicks. On your team, that first click can happen anytime.
"It's no longer a question of whether it will happen to you — but when the attack will come. SMBs have little in-house expertise and are often left to fend for themselves."
Patrick Jean-Baptiste — Quebec cybersecurity expert, Les Affaires

On apprend à gérer ça correctement.
