• Public online sources — professional contact details published by organizations themselves or available on Quebec public platforms (directories, federations, sector associations, official organization websites — for example 211 Québec)
We do not use any identification, location or automated profiling technology.

Examples: First name, last name, email address, phone number

Professional information
Examples: Your organization’s name, your job title (optional)
Why: To adapt our proposal to your context
Organization contact information (collected via public sources)
Examples: Organization name, location, generic email, phone number, names and positions of administrative or management members published online
Why: To offer you services tailored to your sector
Technical information (only with your consent)
Examples: IP address, pages visited, visit duration, referral source
Why: To understand how our site is used and measure the impact of our campaigns
Communication content
Examples: Messages sent through our forms or by email
Why: To answer your questions and organize our services
We do not collect: health, biometric or demographic information (age, ethnic origin). Financial information is only collected after contracting (quotes, invoices).

Access is limited to the information necessary for their duties.
Through external service providers
Your information may be shared with the following providers:
• Wix.com Ltd.
Purpose : Hosting our website and storing form submissions
• Google Workspace (United States)
Purpose : Professional email service (Gmail)
Communication outside Quebec
Our technology providers (Wix, Google) host their servers in the United States, but comply with international data protection standards. We have assessed that they offer an adequate level of protection — notably through recognized certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, European GDPR compliance) and their contractual data protection commitments.
5. How long we keep your information

Commercial documents (quotes, invoices): kept for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with Quebec accounting and tax obligations, and longer if needed for archival purposes
